Lock in your wedding date with a simple agreement and non-refundable retainer. This guarantees your spot and lets us begin detailed planning—locations, timing, and any special requests.

WEDDING DAY COVERAGE!

From “getting ready” through the last dance, we move seamlessly between candid storytelling and key portraits. Arrive ready to celebrate; we’ll quietly document every heartfelt glance and joyful cheer.

DELIVERY & KEEPSAKES

Within 4–6 weeks, you’ll receive a private online gallery of all your edited images, plus any albums, prints, or films included in your collection. These heirlooms are yours to share, display, and treasure forever.

How many images will we receive?

Each wedding collection guarantees a minimum number of fully edited images                      (Bronze = 100, Silver = 200, Gold = 300, Platinum = 400+).

Every gallery is delivered in a high-resolution online proofing gallery with download and print release.

Do you travel out of state?

Absolutely! We’re based in York, PA, but travel for ceremonies and events nationwide. Travel fees apply beyond 30 miles at $2/mile, and lodging may be required for multi-day destination weddings.

What’s your backup plan for rain or inclement weather?

We monitor forecasts closely and will discuss rain-friendly alternatives (indoor portraits, covered pavilions, or a reschedule). Your safety and comfort are our top priority—we never sacrifice quality or creativity.

How do we reserve our date?

A signed agreement and 25% non-refundable retainer secure your date. The remaining balance is due 14 days before your wedding.

When will we see our photos and film?

Photos: 4–6 weeks after your wedding.
Highlight Film: 6–8 weeks after delivery of the final photos.
You’ll also receive any printed keepsakes (albums, prints) at your in-person gallery reveal or shipped directly to you.

Can we customize a package?

Yes! Our à la carte add-ons include extra coverage hours, engagement sessions, albums, wall art, drone footage, and more. We’ll build a bespoke package to fit your needs and budget.
